My husband and I were very happy to have worked with Silicon Valley Cabinets during our recent kitchen remodel project. We had never worked with a custom cabinet company before and were pleasantly surprised by the high level of consultation, design, and follow up we received. We had gone "over the hill" to San Jose to speak with a few other cabinet companies but the level of customer service left a lot to be desired. So when we were referred to David Wright of Silicon Valley Cabinets by a friend who had also had a successful experience with them, we were looking forward to speaking with him.
David really listened to us as we provided our vision for our new kitchen and provided a lot of education and guidance as to the different products offered . Throughout our experience David was very transparent about cabinet production and installation timelines which was very helpful since we were coordinating with other trades as well. He was also super responsive via email and phone calls to our numerous questions throughout the process. We appreciated his patience (we weren't sure of our exact timeline at first) as well as the level of detail he and his team provided on cabinet design before we gave our final approval to start production. When it came time for installation, Silicon Valley Cabinets did an excellent job and our kitchen cabinets turned out great! We are so happy to have worked with David and his team at Silicon Valley Cabinets.
